Refunds and Cancellations
Subscription Services
- Trial Period: If our Service offers a Trial Period, no charges will be applied to Your payment method during this period. To avoid charges, You must cancel Your Subscription before the Trial Period ends.
- Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel Your Subscription at any time through Your Account settings or by contacting Our customer support team. Upon cancellation, You will continue to have access to the Subscription features until the end of Your current billing cycle, after which Your access will revert to the basic service level.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless You cancel Your Subscription before the end of the applicable billing period, Your Subscription will automatically renew, and You authorize Us to charge Your payment method for the renewal term.
Refund Eligibility
- Standard Refund Period: We offer a 14-day refund period for new Subscriptions. If You are not satisfied with Our Service, You may request a full refund within 14 days of Your initial purchase.
- Pro-rated Refunds: After the 14-day refund period, refunds for Subscriptions are generally not provided for the current billing cycle. However, You may cancel Your Subscription to prevent future charges.
- One-Time Purchases: For one-time purchases of digital products or services, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase if the product or service does not function as described.
- Technical Issues: If You experience persistent technical issues that significantly impair Your ability to use Our Service despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts by Our support team, You may be eligible for a full or partial refund as determined by the Company.
Non-refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day refund period has expired (for the current billing cycle).
- Any transaction where fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed.
- Add-on features or services purchased separately from the main Subscription.
Refund Process

- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in Your account depends on Your payment method and financial institution.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, We will work with You to find an alternative solution.
Price Changes
- Subscription Rate Changes: We reserve the right to change Our Subscription rates at any time. If We change the pricing of Your current Subscription plan, We will notify You via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
- Grandfathered Pricing: In some cases, We may offer grandfathered pricing to existing subscribers when introducing new pricing tiers. Eligibility for grandfathered pricing is determined at Our discretion and may be subject to certain conditions.
Payment Disputes

Repeatedly initiating unwarranted chargebacks may result in termination of Your Account.
Service Interruptions
